I've owned cheap wally world smokers for years. Super thin metals and leaks like crazy. I've made some decent Q. But I've ruined some meat also. I've always wanted to be able to make a perfect brisket, but couldn't maintain even Temps long enough. After a few days of going through this forum I've decided to start a build. Lots of knowledge on this site. Thanks for a great forum.
