Ate the last of em tonight Dave. They were some of the best I've made! Yep that was one heck of a storm. Happy it's over. May do a small show on Saturday. Then the blue buggy is going in the shop with a list of TLC maintenance . b
Looks very good with just the right amount of pull back. I could live off of ribs.
We survived the weather with a lot of rain. I was still able to get some smoke in.
Happy smoken.
David
Thanks disco. Great seeing you. Like the new photo! b
Great thread, BD. You have to love there are so many great ways of doing the same dish. I love dry ribs (I will have to get to Memphis some day). Thanks for showing your version. I will just have to try my own soon. Congratulations on a great meal.

Thanks Kev. Yup That first cold snap always makes me lonesome for smoking turkey or making a gumbo. RepertWho? Thats French right?
Yes, a nice step by step. I can smell those ribs. They look really good.
Ya know you need to do another turkey quick before ya get too close to "That" holiday.
You are really building up you repertoire (I know you're surprized I could know that word, let alone spell it!).
A most excellent smoke for a city boy!
