If I get the chance to smoke I like to fill up the WSM!


Smoking about 240 using pecan and cherry. The pork was rubbed with Famous Daves the wings our house mephis dry rub. Great northern beans with fried bacon and caramelized onions, mustard,brown sugar,garlic,Worcestershire,famous Daves rub and a shot of bone sucking bbq sauce.

Chix and beans finished,beans took smoke better than I thought they would mmmmm!

And we had some burgers as well.

Pork is at 180* hopefully it doesn't keep me up past my bedtime;(. It will be worth a couple great lunches!
