Thread Starter

This is Jon from Plano, TX.  I've been doing a little bit of smoking on my horizontal offset smoker that my neighbor gave me.  So far i've done some ribs, brisket, and chicken trying out different woods and techniques.  My success has be varied so i'm hoping to get some good tips on here to help me develop some consistently good results.

Welcome to the board! You came to the right place. Lots of offsets here (myself included) and it looks like your experiments are on the right track. You might want to read up on the most popular modifications for better performance.
