I'm late to the party and I am sure my steak is cold by now :th_crybaby2:.

It all looks good Adam. If you will take a look at the picture after everything comes out of the smoker. The foil on them tators have a nice smoky color. If you did them tators naked that smoky goodness would be on the tators, Not the foil!

Thanks David. You make a good point. Maybe next time I will do nekid taters.

I just don't want a strong smoke flavor on my taters.
