Hello All,
Josh Smith from Powder Springs, GA. New to smoking but lifelong griller. I am going to smoke my first fatty tomorrow.

I am also going to smoke a Boston butt for church on Sunday. What's a sweet tangy marinade recipe I can use?

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
