So here in California it is lobster season. Does anyone have some great recipes/techniques for smoking lobster?

I see this is your first post. When you get a chance will you drop by roll call and introduce yourself? That way we can all give you a proper SMF welcome .
Now to the lobster. I would say box it up and overnight it to me . Use the search bar at the top of any page and you will find a lot of recipes.
