New to the forum. I have been smoking for a while. I have had a small Chargrill smoker, a Brinkman vertical smoker and now have bought a Oklahoma Joe's Heritage Smoker. I stumbled upon this forum to get some advice from other people and share what I learn along the way. Thank you for making this Forum.
