Anyone have any experience with Winn Dixie pork shoulders? They sell bone in butts that look decent. Don't have any experience grading shoulders though so was looking for a second opinion. TIA

No experience with Winn Dixie , but when on a Butt hunt , I will look for bone-in with a decent fat cap . I don't trim and I don't foil through the cook , that's why I want a cap...
