Sunday baby backs

You'd think with smoking 5 butts Friday night I'd be ready for a break, but decided to do some baby backs for my lunch next week. Wrong, nothing left! Cooked 2-45 min-30 min and used brown sugar, honey and tiger sauce in the foil. Used mesquite for the heat and peach for the smoke.

Is it a good sign if your 2.5 year old eats 4 bones?

Personally I think they were just a touch too tender, but nobody complained.
