Hello my name is Don from Dewey oklahoma and I am addicted to smokin meat! Don't try to stop my addiction I'll just smoke more to spite you....ok enough silliness..meat is serious business!
I have been smoking for years but think this weekend was my largest accomplishment to date and thought to myself....I need a bigger smoker! My church asked me to pull off a feet I wasn't sure I could tackle.... 11 briskest in 2 days...briskest have always been my arch enemy...until now...lots of research and a new method...all came out great! Other than a couple people asking my wife if I could cater parties :frown:
After traveling down a long rabbit hole I wound up at this site and seen lots of great information and thought I may have to hang around awhile!
Here's my present smoker...18" x 24" firebox 24"x 36" smoker. I built this several years ago but I seem to be outgrowing it
