I made Disco's Maple Glaze recipe yesterday.  I could not believe how good it tasted on my smoked baby back ribs.  Here's the original link from Disco's picnic shoulder with Maple Glaze http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/152782/smoked-picnic-shoulder-i-meant-to-smoke-it-i-really-did#post_1094147

Here's the Q-view of my Maple Glazed Smoked Baby Back Ribs......I'm a happy girl today :sausage:

Happy Football Sunday everyone.  Josie
