A quick intro.  New to smoking and new owner of 30 inch MES.   Some experience with low and slow on charcoal grill with offset fire box.  Brand new to smokers.   Excited about this.  Started with wings that came out great.   Now progressing to spare ribs today.

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions

because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

Welcome. Not sure the parts of Florida you are in, but we have a South Florida gathering coming up early next month. Would love to have you and yours join us. If not for the weekend then just stop in for the day.
