Wasn't sure where I was supposed to put this so trying here and if I'm wrong then a moderator will correct I'm sure ;-) Starting on a electric uds so I can cold smoke bacon and cheese. Will update as the build progesses.
measuring it the opening.
burning her out.
all ground down ready for paint.
doing a little test burn with the original cut out.
door on her and sealed up pretty tight with the ratchet strap. Gonna figure out a good way to attach the strap because it keeps her really well sealed. Hopefully I'll be doing some back bacon in her next Saturday!

Anywhere from 225-125 with the turn of a dial. Oh forgot to mention the heart for this comes from an old electric skillet. So this was really a bargain build. The whole thing was less than $10.00 to build

Brooksy look at the latches I used on the mini-ZA for my door. They seal the door up great without the need for any gasket.

The thing I like about the strap is it pulls the drum tight. I'm telling you I think it could almost hold water! I have an idea I think will look pretty cool.

Wood chips in the electric skillet on the highest setting will smoke  for low temp smokes I'm going to get a amnts or amnps and hook up the mailbox
