Well the youngest has strep throat so gotta be short and sweet.

I LOVE MY NEW MES ! Basic recipe from here except I used my own homemade ghost chili rub. 275 f 2 hours put under preheated broiler for a quick crisp.Can't wait to order my amnps tomorrow and try a boston butt. Got a beautiful one in the freezer beggin' me. Enjoy the game guys maybe I can see some she,s fell asleep now.

Some of those 'Ghost Pepper' Wings would take care of that ,just burn it out . . .

Your right there! The level of spice was perfect just a low slow burn right in the back of your mouth. Ghosts can be soooo good if used properly.
