Rib Steaks (Bone In)

Thawed my last 2 Bone in Rib Steaks, marinated in Ken's Honey Teriyaki Marinade for about 4 hours.

Then onto a good hot "Q 320" for about 4 or 5 minutes on each side, until I had nice grill marks & a Medium Rare interior.

Mrs Bear handled the Broccoli & the Curly Fries.

Thanks For Looking,
Bear

Onto the Q 320:

Geez John, you and your over complicated methods. [emoji]128516[/emoji]
Looks like a nice quick meal that would make me happy as can be! Cowboy steaks are one of my all time favorites.

Love me some good steaks.

Yours are great.
Thank You Adam!!

These were my last 2 slices from my big score last Christmas, but I still have 2 PR (5 or 6 pounders) left.

Looks pretty good from this side of the state. Think I'm going to grab Mrs.Bee one of those weber Q's.
Thank You Vern!!

Good to see you!

The Q 320 is definitely made solid & easy to light & use.

It does have spots that are hotter than others, but I never saw a gas unit that didn't.

Thank you for not calling them a "bone in ribeye".  Drives me nuts!

I'm just curious Venture, is "bone in ribeye" an incorrect term for this cut of steak?
Is there actually such a thing? I'm always trying to learn more and you guys are a great resource.

Looks awesome
Thank You!!

Bear

That would make me a great meal!

Thank you for not calling them a "bone in ribeye".  Drives me nuts!

Good luck and good smoking.
Thanks Merv!!

Yeah, everybody has their own names.

I normally call it with a Bone in a Rib Steak.

Without the Bone, I call it a Ribeye or a Delmonico.

However in the past I might have referred to it as a "Bone-in Ribeye".

Just a personal quirk?

Like other cuts, it goes by many names.

IMPS simply designates it a Beef Rib Steak.

What ever they call it, I want it!

Good luck and good smoking.
