Lollipop chicken legs and boneless breasts

Tried doing lollipop chicken legs for the first time yesterday. Rubbed with two different rubs, Tasty Licks MellowYellow went on the bottom and Tasty Licks Flying Swine on the tops. Breast I brined for 3 hours and then rubbed with Oakridge BBQ Secret Weapon rub. Set my Yoder to 305* and put the legs in the pan with butter on for 2 hours, pulled and dunked them in Tasty Licks Secret Weapon Sauce mixed with a little maple syrup (the real stuff) that was warmed up on the stove. Put the legs back on for another 30 minutes and then shut down the smoker and left them to rest. Breasts went on 1.5 hours into the smoke, pulled them about 10 minutes before I shut down the Yoder and foiled the plate until the legs had rested. Both came out awesome, my daughter does not care for legs and she loved them.
