So .. Three hours at 275 and the ribs are at 195 so I took them off and wrapped them and letting them sit..I took a small taste and they are delishous.
But I love how the mini worked so well
I know I can't show you all til Monday when
I update my phone, but my IQ120 is perfect
With it.. My only issue is that when it gets hot the pot sticks to the base and it is impossible to desperate until it cools. And yes I sprayed it with oil

nice.  glad you got your phone working! I have a hard time finding decent beef ribs those look great... good looking mini too.

Tasty looking ribs.

I have never sprayed the pot with oil. Of course I put the pot lid on the bottom so the pot sits on too of the SMJ base. One thing that may be happening is your oil is becoming sticky as it heats up. Creating a glue.
