I've been reading this forum for 2 or 3 months now and have learnt a lot from it already. I have an MES and use a AMNPS.
Though I have read many of your posts, I have so far only tried a few of Bearcarver's.
I love his smoked dried beef!! I have made that a couple of times. I have also made his Boston Butt Pulled Pork several times. Between his directions and Jeff's rub and sauce... Well let's just say it doesn't last very long!!
I've tried a few experiments of my own with chicken, spare ribs, and baby back ribs.
They weren't bad, just not the mouth watering I'm looking for.
Anyway, I'm sure as I contin to read, I will continue to learn many new ways of smoking awesome food!!
