New member of the forum here, been watching the forum on tapatalk for a few months now and finally joined.
I'm from eastern Pennsylvania, 32 year old male with 2 awesome children, (6 1/2 yr old son, and a 6 month old daughter) and an amazing fiancée.
My dad always used a barrel type smoker while growing up, I always loved getting involved. Now I have a BBQ guru onyx oven, (which I love). Still figuring everything out but having a blast doing it.
I'm a welder/fabricator by trade, but also do tree work as a side business, (which I also learned from my dad). This comes in handy because I have as much wood as I want to experiment with smoking.
Looking forward to learning as much as possible from everyone on this forum.
