Jeff's Rub

Thread Starter

Finally had a chance to use Jeff's Rub. Enjoyed it even though I was a bit stingy I needed to use more!!

The 2 racks turned out well on the refurbished Brinkman Smoke n Pit.

Still need to modify the stack and get a baffle plate.

It did maintain temp for a good 5 plus hours, I believe the water in the smoke cabinet worked.

All in all a good smoke.

No complaints from the family.

Glad you enjoyed it. It is hard to over do the rub.

Oh one thing to remember worthless.gif.

Happy smoken.

It's east to determine how much rub to use...as much as you can get to stick to the meat!a38.gif
