Hey David how do you like that sealer? Bacon looks awesome. Goons try my hand at dry brining soonly. Thanks for sharing

I knew your recipe for Canadian bacon was close to this. If it's not broke, Don't try to fix it.

I'm glad you noticed my vacuum sealer. I was going to mention I really like that thing :yahoo:.
