Howdy folks....from Kalifornia, the land of fruits, nuts and Boxer. And Feinstein too, come to think

Yeah, I can't wait to get out of this bloooooody state

IAC, got an Oklahoma Joe Highlander on clearance from the local chinamart (walmart), for a grand total of 149 buckaroos.

Figured I can't beat that.

Much.

IAC, I'm reading and learning about what mods need to be done to it, but so far I'm having fun with it. Even without mods, we seem to be eating everything prepared on it, lol. Been fun so far, and looking forward to learning more about it.

First mod I'm going to do it seal up the gaps as much as possible, then bend up a firebox out of expanded steel, then drop a ninety into the exhaust...then might do some thermocouples. Close up the firebox hole a bit, and have some steel cut for the bottom.

IAC, having fun with it. Excellent place to hang nearby and get soused with friends...and yes, I'm soused now.
