Newbie here from South Dakota. I bought a MES 30" smoker in July and am loving it, I have used it at least twice every weekend since i bought it! I was told about the newsletter and the forums by a friend and immediately got hooked on reading the forums for advice and the recipes in the newsletter. I figured after lurking for a couple months, it was time to join up.
So far I've smoked ribs quite a few times, game hens, chickens, beans, bacon wrapped jalepenos and a ton of jerky. Looking forward to making some pulled pork and brisket in the near future.
