Bought my first smoker yesterday. 30 inch Masterbuilt Propane Smoker. Going to try it out for the first time tonight with some tenderloin, chicken, and veggies and hope for the best. If all goes to hell in a hand basket then I have a Chinese food take out menu attached to the fridge.
It's a little cold outside and I don't trust the built in thermometer so I am attaching my probe from my igrill mini to one of the grates to keep track of the internal temp. I hope that its a good idea.
