I may be over thinking this but I am going to be smoking two pork butts in my MES30. Does anyone do anything to prevent drippings from the top Butt as they will be on different Racks? Or is that just more Flavour to the mix?
I find it strange that we are all talking about our butts on the internet. Then we are talking about a butt dripping on another butt. So since the subject is already started. I say get them butts in the smoker with a drip pan to catch all of those wonderful drippings. Oh and don't forget to post pics of you butts.
Here is an update with pics and final product. Took them off at 1:15 am with an IT of 165º . Double wrapped them in foil and put in the oven @ 250 until morning.
