Hello from NC

Thread Starter
Been lurking and reading for a while, have gotten some real good tips. I am a very amateur smoker with a lot of desire to be great, started with my chargriller with no firebox just using indirect heat then had a new brinkmann bullet style smoker gave to me. Been using it every weekend and sometimes through the week for about the last month and after making some mods to it, I have made some really good food on it. But I have decided I want a better smoker and after looking at the lone star grillz verticals I think I'm going to attempt to build one to suit my needs, so I'm sure y'all will be hearing from me in the appropriate thread.

Thanks JB
