I have the green bullet, heavily modified, including a double-stacker mod with a Smoke n Grill for up to 4 grates. It does need the fire bowl as a water pan in this configuration to even out top to bottom grate temps, and an elevated coal grate so the fire will get hot enough with the double stacked barrels to achieve 225* and over, but it does work. Is that something you'd be willing to do, or do you want larger grate size, as in a larger smoker like a 18.5" or 22.5" WSM, or maybe you'd prefer to build a UDS?
