My neighbor is having a party for the Iowa vs iowa state game so I decided to pitch in and do 3 racks of ribs and some pork burnt ends made from CSRs (thanks to all the help from Josie aka SmokinVegasBaby!).
Ribs and CSRs rubbed down

And done! Ribs aren't as good as usual for some reason. I think it's because I was out of cherry wood and had to use hickory. Cherry is my go to wood. Still satisfied over all!

Thanks guys! Me and my neighbor just cut up about 100 lb of cherry chunks so once they are cured I should be in business for a while hah.
