My neighbor is having a party for the Iowa vs iowa state game so I decided to pitch in and do 3 racks of ribs and some pork burnt ends made from CSRs (thanks to all the help from Josie aka SmokinVegasBaby!).

Pulled at 170 to cube up and sauce.

And done! Ribs aren't as good as usual for some reason. I think it's because I was out of cherry wood and had to use hickory. Cherry is my go to wood. Still satisfied over all!

looks really tasty Shelton.  I just purchased a 25lb bag of cherry wood - think I will try it the next time I smoke rib burnt ends.
