At six hours into the smoke, cherry/apple mix  (sorry not sure where the finished pictures have been misplaced) LOL

Thank you , was very good actually

 

Well, wife changed jobs so we just moved a bit, I'd forgotten I even had the picture until a few minutes ago, since I'd never posted any pictures I figured why not now (better late than never?) LOL

Brined it overnight, injected with chicken broth and melted real butter so juicy and tender , wife is wanting me to do another

That is a very good point, my problem is I get so caught up in the smoke , I forget to take pictures; just never enters my mind most times. :hit:
