Carnivore here too, but we don't do anything fancy with the Zukes. Just slice it up, Flour, Egg, Bread Crumbs (Italian Seasoned). Fried in Butter.

That's some good looking Ribeye's  great marbling . Might have to get you to start buying mine up there and shipping them to me. I was looking at them just the other day and they were $9.99 lb.

Anyway good job, and I love fried zucchini too

Thank You!!

Yeah they're usually $8.99 or $9.99 here, but sales get them down to $5.99 or $6.99. That's when I buy & Freeze!!

Yes we do luck out price wise  pretty often on Choice Ribeyes & Choice Standing Rib Roast.

Sorry, Bear, but I have to take you to task on this one. I love ribeyes and I love zucchine. However, the qview is so good in this post it is almost cruel and unusual punishment. You can almost taste the meal. I don't need that kind of temptation at my age.

Great job, sir.

Thanks Flip!!

We like to have Ribeyes about once a month & a Small Prime Rib every other month, but that's only because I get them on sale cheap & freeze a bunch.

Thank You Disco!!!

Sorry about the temptation---That close-up of the 2 Ribeyes on the Weber came out way better than I expected.

Looks awesome Bear, did you use a recipe for the fried zucchini or was the breaded part store bought?
