I look forward to absorbing as much info from this forum as much as possible! I try and do as much research and get ideas for my husband as i can. He is the smoker, but since he is working long hours and almost 6 days a week - I thought I would give the smoker another try. I have smoked a chicken and it was wonderful but I am still green when it comes to smoking.
We buy our beef by the cow - So I was wanting new recipes and ideas. Boy did I find a GREAT idea:

Oh yeah, a little about me... Wife to Mark for almost 25 years, I have the best husband any woman could have! Mother of 3. A 24 yr old college student/Nat'l Guardsman, a 16 yr old guy who I think is a freakin' genius and last but not least my baby girl who is 13. I have been an AHM - At Home Momma since 1999. We opened a business in 2008 and I am blessed to work from home and live the good life.I love hanging out by the pool, working in the yard, going canoeing, hanging out at Panama City Beach, FL, and grilling with family and friends. So, back to smoking.... like I said i am looking forward to just being a sponge and getting as much info and ideas as possible. It is time for football - Roll Tide Roll and lets go Falcons!
