good morning everybody,
i'm joining from Saskatchewan. i run a Bradley 6 rack digital smoker. i started smoking about 6 months ago and have had some wicked success with ribs, pork tenderloin, stuffed jalapenos, pork chops etc and i have my first batch of chicken wings in as we speak getting ready for NFL Kickoff. i'm curious to see how they turn out... i'll let you know in about 2 1/2 hours...
