My names mike, I live in montana home of the Rocky Mountains and I use to have a pretty rad smoker till my friend lost it out of the back of truck haha now I have the ugliest, funniest looking thing I've ever built but works better than anything I could ever buy! Currently smoking two 10lb shoulder butts, about half thru and just started saucing. Anyone gotta nice spicy hearty recipe for pork? My good ole goto is just gettin boring any help would be much appcriated!
