Good saturday football afternoon! My name is Jim, live in lafayette louisiana, am a veterinarian and I am just about as new to smoking as you can get. I have a webber kettle and have adapted it with the IQ 110, last week was first trial run and had ribs and some chicken breasts. This weekend will be first brisket which leads e into a question. Is there anyway to determine how many briquettes I may need for a 10-14 hour smoke, or is it just an add as you go thing? Thanks, and please, forgive the ignorance that will be coming from this poster in most forums!
