Was wanting to see how many of you good people have one and how well u like them. How high of a temp can u get them to. How does it do loaded up. Can u keep a pretty constant temp of 250 pretty easy. Any info would be grately appreciated

I don't own one, and have never cooked on one.... BUT..... you can probably get it to 500 or 600 degrees.... and when you learn how to run it, keeping temps should be easy...
