Pork loin with mahogany sauce

Just followed recipe from the pork sticky section. Smoked in a mini wsm @240 with cherry chunks. The last 30 minutes of the cook I lathered the pork in the mahogany sauce and cranked the heat to around 285. Pulled the meat at 143 and let it rest.

It looks tasty! Tell us more about how you seasoned it. How did you make the sauce?

Happy smoken.
