Just joined this morning and I'm looking forward to learning more about the world of Smoking and putting some Great Sauces
together. I own a MES30 and have had good luck with it so far, everything seems to turn out just right, well after a few mishaps
anyway, but hey, I'm still learning. Can't wait to gain some more knowledge from you good folks on the fine art of Smoking and
putting together some Sauces & Rubs. I've done Beer Can Chicken, Brisket, and Pork Butt, but now I want to prepare a Prime
Rib. Going to study up on this one, want it to come out as good as possible for the Family and neighbors for the Holidays......
