Hey everybody I'm Josh brand new to the forum from the buckeye state. I came across the forum looking for ideas on smoking chuck roast.
I found the method from TulsaJeff and turned out awesome! My master forge vertical smoker(green bullet) was a Christmas gift from my wife 2 years ago and haven't looked back. First thing I ever smoked was a whole turkey and it turned out great. Professionally I am an on-air host in Cleveland radio and a mobile DJ. Looking forward to learning more and contributing to the forum.
