Just a very ( H&F ) chicken dinner

I forgot about some drum sticks in the back of the fridge that was several days past the sell by date.  The still passed the "nose knows" test but i wanted to cook them really hot to be on the safe side.

Seasoned up with some Jamaican all purpose rub with a little Tony C's.   Cooked on one of my drums about 500-650*, they only took about 20 minutes to get to an IT of 180-190.  Very juicy inside and crisp on the outside.

Thanks for looking!

When you do the frog legs try a bit of "Cajun Power", its a cajun garlic sauce. I also like 'em just grilled with salt pepper lemon and garlic butter.

Thank!    The potatoes were close to that but these were just olive oil and onions, very simple.
