well im sure today the smokers got a good work out here is what i did,,,, smoked chicken turnd into pulled chicken, ribs, and smoked bbq beens

I brind my chicken for 2.5 hrs, brind the ribs over night



got my brinkman fired up in the late morning (over slept)


using a combination of charcoal and hard wood to get up to and maintain heat

I injected the chicken and ribs with a blend of  aple juice and pineable juice, did a simple salt pepper onion powder and garlic bpowder sprinkle on the chicken,  did a mustard base and same spices on ribs but also added larry the cable guys rooad kill spice to ribs

smoker up to temp and got the  smoke just the way I like it


smoke is ba a little heavy but i like to start it off a little heavy at the beggining, at this point it was bjust starting to take on the bluesh color i blike to smoke in

put the chiken in first becouse I had planned on using some of  the skin for the bbbq beans



put the ribs in shortly after,,,,I did the chicken to 170 i did the ribs 2-2-1.5 last 1.5 hrs i brushed the ribs with a mix of bbq sauce, brown sugar, and honey


baked beens fried up 1 lb of bacon, sautaid 1 small onion sautade 1 bell pepper, fried the skin off of 5 chicken hind quarters and fried some of the trimings boff the bribs oh and yes one thing i seen on here and thought id try 8 oz can of pineapple junks wow glad i seen that here  and tried it it was amazing



the prize at the end of the day,,,, its all good, ribs, chicken, bbq beans, potato salad and cole slaw,  just dont tell my heart doctor lol
