Found a boneless pork shoulder loin in the freezer the other day, so I decided to smoke it. 4lbs total. MES 30. Smoked it at 240 for 3 hours, then foiled it for 3 hours with some apple juice and let it cool down in the smoker. Not the best, but not a bad result for found meat.
