This is my first try at chicken lollipop's -with the smoker fired up I threw in some ABT's for the ride. I must admit I gave up on pulling all the tendons out, it was a pain in the a$$ and pulled some meat out as well. I sprinkled with some Tony C's before they hit the smoke. The ABT's had a mix of pulled pork from a few weeks ago and cream cheese wrapped with a whole slice of Indiana Kitchen Bacon, shot of rub. All smoked on 181/2 WSM with KBB, half apple and cherry chucks at 225 for the first 2 hours. After 2 hrs bumped the temp to 275 for another 45 until -175 appeared on the legs and were pulled. I did half the lollipops in Franks wing and the other half in Sweet Baby Rays, both approved by SWMBO. ABT's were spot on, not my first dance with those

Thanks for looking!

Have fun and . . .

Thanks for the compliments guys, glad I could return the drool! Turned out really tasty- this will not be the last time smoking these despite the PITA with the tendons.
