Just got a Masterbuilt electric smoker. I am anxious to delve into the world of smoked meats. I just smoked a chicken with then criped up the skin under the broiler and chopped it up to add into the pulled chicken. I used the slaughterhouse brine from the forum and then rubbed with a mix of olive oil, crushed red pepper, cayenne, S&P and paprika. I must say it turned out pretty well.
