Did you find the WSM easy to adjust and keep stable the temperature?

Yes it was very easy to setup and use, kind if to easy.

Thx everyone, leftovers tonight pulled pork pizza. Pulled pork,caramelized onions,smoked gouda, fresh mozzarella and cojack blend.
