First pork shots and Q-View

Thread Starter

This is my first Q-View as well as my first tussle with pork shots.  They are kind of a pain to get all prepped up, but oh man are they worth the effort.  Don't mind the rest of the Q...just some easy chicken quarters, beef tenderloin chunks and a sirloin tip.... :drool  But my main focus today were the little tulip shaped bacon goodness!

If you haven't heard of them before, it's an inch or so piece of kielbasa, wrapped in bacon, and then stuffed with sour cream, shredded cheese, cream cheese and rub ...oh and sprinkled with brown sugar.  Throw some smoke on them until the bacon is crisp and you have yourself a bite of heaven!

If you get a chance....try them!  You won't be disappointed!

I found the recipe here:

I used chive cream cheese to add a little extra flavor. I might have to make a few more today!
