Hey to all you guys.  Been smoking meat for several years using a homemade smoker, worked really well until the bottom rusted out of it last weekend.  Purchased a Masterbuilt  dual fuel smoker at Home Depot today, its seasoning out on the driveway right now, gonna be smokin up a storm this weekend!!!
 
Welcome to the forum. It is a lot of fun when you participate. Help out the new smokers and try other people's recipes, and posting Q-Views, etc.
