Well been out of the loop for a while. Deployments moving and such. But I am stationary for the next few years. Labor Day weekend woohoo 4 days off. Buddy of mine from about 15 years ago invites me over. Well good guy but not really for hanging out with. Little white lie to remove myself from his burger BBQ turned into 30 people coming to my house on Sunday. If ya are around ft lee might as well join us. So jumped right in 2 9LBS butts 30 jalapeños some cheese and bacon, and of course the wicked beans to keep temps stable in the GOSM. Will have some Q view and probably some fatty action i am sure. Oh and country style pork ribs 24 big'OL ones. Just wanted to say i am back and should be trying some recipes and hopefully creating my own again.
Been out of pocket but smoke is rolling

Everything was a big hit. Going to get side firebox for chargriller. Felt good to have a big success the first time back in a while.
