Hello.  GREAT lookin chicken Bear!  IF I may suggest:  to that cream of chicken soup add one can of cream of mushroom.  Now this isn't my favorite but when I want to impress folks with chicken fried steak this is what I make for gravy.  Add a little S&P and job done.  I am not a "shroom" person but folks seem to LOVE the combo.  Quick, easy no muss no fuss.  I am happy with just a simple gravy made in the same pan with flour and milk.  Keep Smokin!

Cream of Chicken with Chicken, and Cream of Mushroom with Beef, like meatloaf & cheap cuts of Beef.

Oooo, looks good. How about a recipe for your Gravy... I've never had it that way , We always made Gravy from drippings . Yours sounds good .

If you look up "Perfectly Grilled Chicken" in the dictionary there would be a picture of Bears Chicken.   Good job Buddy,  It's amazing what years of grilling and smoking can do.
