Hello all, i went to a bbq place that had these little 1 - 2 inch potatoes. they had dry rub on them. they where very tasty. Anyone know how to make these? i have looked for a recipe, but i am haven't found anything. thanks in advance.
Those little potatoes are more than likely Yukon Gold but have also seen fingerling potatoes used at places. Hell do an experiment (potatoes are cheap) cut in quarters.....apply a little olive oil to coat then toss with your favorite rub. Put in the smoker and cook till tender. See if you like it. Can also be done in the oven to roast them if you don't want the "smoke" on them.
